1. When did you start loving Subaru ? Back in 2005, I was trying to purchase an Evolution. The closest thing I could afford to an all-wheel drive turbo was a WRX. After I was introduced to the Suby community, I fell in love.
2. What is your favorite Suby Year ? It would have to be the 02-03 JDM C-Spec STi.
3. What do you see yourself driving in 10 years? My goal is to still have my WRX, but have built it for track on weekends. My daily driver would be whatever hydrogen car is out by then. |

SubyForums took a ride over to the Homestead Speedway to go support our fellow Subaru Road Racing Team. The Legacy overall did a great job, and not only in the Race, but in the practice and qualifying as well. The Legacy came in 5th and fought hard to keep the position, for the other competitors were tailing the whole race. Check out all the pictures, discussion and the event results here.

Isn't she a beaut ??? I wonder what the new Impreza's are gonna look like. Discussions at the Subaru meet in Miami led to believe, that because of the recession. Subaru might not even bring out a new model for 2010-11. I guess we will find out soon. But for now, the 2010 Subaru Legacy has the spotlight and it's worth it. "Though stylistically derivative of the outgoing model, the Legacy is larger than its predecessor and features more powerful optional engines, a standard six-speed manual transmission and an available CVT" More from the article from LeftLaneNews.com here. Discussion on the forums about the new Subaru Legacy found here. |

TOKYO — Meet the Subaru Dex, the latest in a long line of deliciously quirky Japanese "height wagons." Fresh on the street in Tokyo, the Dex is a new 1.3-liter Scion-type entry for Subaru aimed squarely at Japan's fun-loving Generation Y. Except that, beneath the skin, the Dex is not actually that new at all. It's essentially a Subaru version of Toyota's bB, a compact box wagon launched in Japan way back in 2005. The front end has been restyled with new headlights, grille, hood and fender treatment. The sole 1.3-liter engine links to a four-speed automatic transmission and offers the promise of efficient, if not exactly sparkling, performance. |
